Who you are dealing with
Desantos World is operated by Desantos World Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17452357, whose registered office is at 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU, United Kingdom. "We" and "us" mean that company.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. Questions go to hello@desantosworld.com.
You must be 18 or over
The members area carries adult material. You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough where you live, to hold an account or buy credits. We ask for a date of birth before anything in the members area opens, and we check it on our servers rather than trusting the browser.
Giving a false date of birth is a breach of these terms and ends the account without a refund.
Your account
You need an account to buy credits or open anything in the members area. Keep your sign-in details to yourself: anything done with your account is treated as done by you.
One person, one account. Accounts are not transferable, and sharing access to paid content is covered under Acceptable Use.
Credits ($DSW)
Credits are how you pay for things here. They are a prepaid balance for use on this site only. They are not money, not a deposit, not a stored-value instrument, and they carry no cash value: you cannot withdraw them, transfer them to anyone else, or exchange them for anything other than what this site sells.
Today that is: a photo set, unlocked for good, at 50 $DSW unless the set says otherwise; and a live pass, opening the members-only streams for 30 days, at 150 $DSW. Prices are shown before you spend, and the price you confirm is the price charged.
Credits do not expire. We may change what things cost or what is on offer, but a change never takes away something you have already unlocked.
Credits bought here are issued and recorded by cred.diy, our credit provider. Refunds are covered in the Refunds & Credits policy.
What an unlock gives you
Unlocking a photo set gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view it, and to download copies for your own private use. A live pass gives you the same right to watch the streams it covers while it runs.
It does not transfer ownership or copyright. You may not republish, redistribute, resell, screen publicly, or train a machine-learning model on anything you get here. See Acceptable Use.
Availability
We aim to keep the site up and the vault growing, but we do not promise particular content, particular streams, a schedule, or uninterrupted access. Live streams happen when they happen.
A live pass is a period of access, not a guarantee that a stream will run during it. If a pass passes with nothing broadcast, write to us and we will make it right.
Ending an account
You can stop using the site at any time, and ask us to close your account by writing to hello@desantosworld.com.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or Acceptable Use. Where we close an account for a breach, unspent credits are forfeited. Where we close it for any other reason, we refund unspent credits.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes, and the law that applies
We may update these terms. If a change matters to you — pricing, rights, how your data is handled — we will say so on the site or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the site after that is acceptance.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law where you live, and may bring proceedings in your own courts.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
