Telling us about infringement
If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, send a notice to hello@desantosworld.com with:
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- Identification of the work you say is infringed.
- Where the material is on this site — a URL is best.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Send notices to hello@desantosworld.com. We act on them whether or not they are framed under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act, the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, or neither — a clear complaint is enough.
What we do next
We remove or disable what is complained of while we look at it, and we tell whoever posted it. If you believe your material was removed in error, send a counter-notice to the same address and we will pass it on and, where the law allows, restore the material.
