What this site contains
The public pages and the public gallery are safe for a general audience. The members area contains adult photography intended for adults only.
The age check
Nothing in the members area opens until you confirm you are 18 or over. We check the date of birth you give on our servers, and store only the verdict and your year of birth.
A typed date of birth is a weak check, and the Online Safety Act 2023 requires a highly effective one for pornographic content in the UK. So adult sets are closed to anyone in a country that requires it until they pass a verified check — and where no verified check is available yet, those sets stay closed there rather than being served on a promise.
A verified check is either done by our verification partner, who matches a photo of your ID against a photo of your face and tells us only yes or no, or by sending us that photo yourself for a person here to look at. The partner route means no document ever reaches us. Either way we record only that you passed, by which method, and when.
Everyone depicted is an adult
Every person shown in the members area was at least 18 years old at the time the images were made, and gave written consent to their creation and publication.
Desantos World Ltd holds the age and consent records for that material at its registered office, and keeps them for as long as the material is published. Where United States record-keeping rules under 18 U.S.C. 2257 apply to particular content, those records are held to the same standard.

If adult material is unwelcome or unlawful where you are, leave the members area. If you believe something here should not be published — including that you appear in it without having agreed — write to hello@desantosworld.com and we will take it down while we look into it.
